Construction Method:
1. Level the site and mark the borehole location.
2. Position the drill and adjust its pusher frame verticality using stabilizing legs.
3. Test the air compressor, high-pressure pump, and grout pump operation and perform a trial spraying operation.
4. Rapidly drill to the predetermined depth with connected drill rods: lift speed 10-12 cm/min, rotation speed 15-18 r/min, high-pressure water pressure 30-32 MPa, cement grout pressure 1-2 MPa, air pressure 0.7 MPa (Note: do not disassemble drill rods during lifting process; observe for any sign of mud accumulation).
5. Lift the drill bit to the borehole mouth position and reduce high-pressure water pump pressure.
6. Remove the drill rod, wash it with clean water, and clean the grout pump, drill rod, and grout pipe, then move the machine to the next pile construction site.
