Construction Method:

1. Mark the borehole location, level the site, excavate the slurry pit, lay down the slurry pump, and install steel plates.

2. Move the machine to the borehole location, secure each leg to the ground, and adjust it to be vertical in both lateral and anterior-posterior directions.

3. Prepare the backside first by using clean water and air to flush the bottom of the borehole to a depth of 7.72 meters. Set the drill parameters (water pressure: 20 MPa, air pressure: 0.69 MPa, water flow rate: 65 L/min, feed speed: 1-2 meters per minute, rotation speed: 15 r/min).

4. Adjust the machine parameters when lifting (water-to-cement ratio: 1:1, pressure: 25 MPa, air pressure: 0.69 MPa, cement flow rate: 56 L/min, lift speed: 9 cm/min, rotation speed: 12 r/min).

5. Every time the drill rod is lifted one meter, use a water gun to clean the outer wall of the drill rod, and open the mud pump when more than half of the slurry pit is filled with mud. Prohibit muddy water from flowing freely on site.

6. When the drill bit is 1.5 meters away from the ground surface, close the suction port and open the suction nozzle to wash it for about a minute. Gradually reduce the pressure of the high-pressure pump by 1 MPa, lift the drill rod off the ground, and observe the cleaning situation at the nozzle mouth. Clean thoroughly before moving on.

7. Move the machine to the next borehole location and prepare.
