Construction Method:
1. Prepare the construction site by leveling and smoothing it.
2. Mark the pile locations according to the design specifications.
3. Position the drill machine to align with the pile location, adjusting its verticality.
4. Prepare the cement grout by filtering it twice and filling the grout pool.
5. Drill the drill rod to the predetermined depth, performing rotary drilling operations: lift speed 12-15 cm/min, rotation speed 12-15 r/min, water pressure 28-30 MPa, grout pressure 1-2 MPa, air pressure 0.7 MPa.
6. Lift the drill bit to the borehole entrance and reduce high-pressure water pump pressure.
7. Remove the drill rod, wash it with clean water, and clean the grout pump, drill rod, and grout pipe, then move the machine to the next pile construction site.
