Configuration: One HDL-200C drill rig, one MP7 high-pressure pump (50Mpa, 600L/min), and nozzle size 3.6

Step-by-step procedure and parameters:

1. Position the drill rig at the designated location, fix the bottom plate;

2. Adjust the mast angle to the correct position, input the hole number and data into the drill parameter instrument, then click "Start Saving";

3. Start up the high-pressure pump (water-based, 25Mpa) and compressed air (1MPa);

4. For the -16 meters hard clay layer, each drill pipe needs to be drilled in with three stages: fast drilling once, rapid lifting once, and then fast drilling once again;

5. During drilling, pay attention to the hole mouth and require a small amount of sedimentation;

6. Install the next drill pipe, repeat step 4-5 until reaching -16 meters;

7. For the -16 to -31 meter segment, use (switch to pumping mode) uniform drilling at a constant speed when the hole reaches the designated depth;

8. Increase the high-pressure pump pressure to 45Mpa, maintain compressed air pressure at 1MPa;

9. Once the pressure is stable, according to design parameters: step up 5 seconds, advance 40mm; rotation speed 19r/min;

10. For the -31 to -16 meter pumping segment, utilize the secondary mast, drill pipe does not need to be disassembled, and continue lifting until reaching -15.5 meters (displayed by the drill parameter instrument), then stop the pump and compressed air, disassemble the drill pipe and remove 6 rods; during disassembly, use a light hammer to knock on the outer wall of the drill pipe;

11. Quickly retrieve the remaining drilling tools, expose the nozzle, switch the high-pressure pump to water flushing for the entire passage until clean water flows out of the drill head nozzle, then proceed with the next hole.
