Roll Out! Anman Drilling Equipment Unleashes 'Furious' Performance - High-End Drill Model Debuts in Angola

On February 3rd, 2023, under the warm sunshine, we marked the beginning of our new year by launching our high-end drill model to Angola to support local infrastructure construction projects. The three sets of equipment have already successfully departed.

In early 2022, we also dispatched three Anman SJL-60C rotary drilling machines to Benin for a water and electricity station construction project, laying the foundation for our presence in the African market.

Our latest consignment features two top-drive drills and one rotary drill, designed for use in complex geology construction projects such as highway tunnels, railway tunnels, foundation pits, water conservancy engineering, and more. Among them is the HDL-300 type top-drive drill, which has been recognized as a "first-class" device by the Jiangsu Provincial Government and has demonstrated excellent performance in various domestic and international projects, earning the approval of clients from Singapore, Argentina, and other countries.

Additionally, this equipment has undergone rigorous testing in harsh environments such as Xinjiang and Tibet, successfully passing all tests to earn the praise of our valued customers.

As soon as we received the client's inquiry, our Marketing General Manager Liu was already developing an initial plan. He immediately gathered our R&D, production, and sales teams to form a special task force to refine the plan. To help the client visualize this construction solution, Liu led his team on a visit to the client's company, where they had a lively technical exchange with the client's team. During that time, we learned that the project site was located in Africa.

Africa is an essential component of the "One Belt One Road" cooperation, and its success in implementing numerous projects such as railroads, highways, airports, ports, and power stations will have a significant impact on the region's economic and social development. Anman has also been a long-time partner to Africa, having participated in the water and electricity station construction project in Benin. This time, we are committed to delivering our best performance in Angola!

By leveraging advanced ERP management systems, we at Anman have successfully implemented comprehensive lifecycle management for our main equipment, modernized our assembly lines, and digitized our warehousing and logistics. During the planning phase, Liu, our General Manager, invited Zhang, our Production Director, to participate in a brainstorming session to consider the client's actual construction requirements and delivery timelines. Through MRP calculations, we were able to identify a suitable solution that fully met the client's needs, with two alternative options available for their selection.

Thanks to our "Integration of Innovative Technology and Intelligent Manufacturing" management system, this African project has progressed steadily. Our R&D team is optimizing individualized modifications to make machine operations more convenient; our procurement team is coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries; our assembly team is working in harmony to assemble the machines, which are already taking shape; our warehousing team is busy packing and labeling, who wouldn't give a thumbs up for their attention to detail? Our after-sales team is creating remote maintenance guidance videos with English voiceovers; and our sales team is keeping a watchful eye on each department to ensure timely completion and delivery.

It's not just our export shipments that are on fire - our domestic deliveries are also continuous and non-stop. As we discussed projects with long-time clients before, they've been gradually placing orders; after new project launches, orders have surged, and regular machines and customized machines are being shipped out in batches, moving the industry forward.

Thanks to our digitalized warehousing and logistics management, inventory utilization is optimal, goods turnover is fast, and materials within the factory area are neatly organized.
