Construction Method:

1. Use a 200mm core drill to drill through 800mm of concrete.

2. Convert the 1.5m long 89 drill rod from triple screw to double screw, drill down 18m at a water pressure of 5MPa and air pressure of 0.8MPa. When attaching the drill rod, ensure that the O-ring is not damaged, and do not advance too quickly to avoid damaging the drill rod. Elevate the drill rod to ensure verticality at the entrance.

3. Drill to the required depth while paying attention to the return gas and grouting conditions at the entrance.

4. Elevate the drill rod - grout pressure 30MPa, air pressure 0.8MPa, rotation speed 15r/min, elevation rate 18cm/min. After drilling 4m, remove the drill rod.

5. When elevating the drill rod, wash the exterior of the drill rod with water to ensure cleanliness.

6. Remove the drill rod and wash the interior and exterior tubing with clean water.

7. Place the drill rod on its side and relocate it, then lower the prepared anchor into the hole.
