Configuration: One MXL-150D2 drill machine, one high-pressure pump

1. Level the site, ensuring the drill machine operates on a stable and reliable surface, and determine the location of each pile according to requirements;

2. Drill machine arrives at the pile location, adjusts its leveling, aligns the drill bit with the center of the pile, and secures the legs in place;

3. Install the drill rod, attach the rotary anchor, start the high-pressure pump, and apply a pressure of 10 MPa to initiate drilling construction;

4. During penetration, pay attention to grouting conditions and control the penetration speed;

5. When drilling the last pile rod, adjust the high-pressure pump pressure to 25 MPa, drill slowly to the specified depth at the bottom of the hole, then start rotating and anchoring for 8 meters before stopping, and then disassemble the drill rod;

6. Move the machine to the next pile location
