Large Dam Cement Curtain Construction Method using HDL-200C Top-Drive Drilling Rig

1. Preparatory Work: Geological formation is volcanic scree, drilling rig is equipped with HDL-200C top-drive drilling rig, water pump for flushing and debris removal;

2. Surveying and Marking: Determine the hole location according to design coordinates, report and verify with the inspector, confirm;

3. Drilling: Drill machine aligns with the hole location, adjusts mast vertically, connects 73 shock-resistant drill pipe and 102 shock-resistant drill bits, starts top-drive drilling rig with shock-absorbing water flushing and debris removal system, drills to the desired depth and then removes the drill pipe;

4. Anchor Installation: Using the drill machine's built-in winch, lowers the prepared anchor into the hole, exposing 0.35m above ground level, pours concrete grout.
